If you are a merchant where you have retail outlet with 'walk-in' traffic, you are considered a retail account. You will be accepting credit cards at a specified location where a credit card terminal would be located and will be getting a signature with each credit card transaction. An electrical and telephone outlet is required. The only exception to this is if you have cable access; then a cable line (category 5e) must be accessible.
